BOP Steam Rollers compete with the best in NZ

19 Aug

Some of the country's best wheelchair rugby players went head-to-head this weekend for the 2019 NZ Wheelchair Rugby National Championship.

Well done to the Parafed Bay of Plenty Steam Rollers on their 4th place finish. The team fought until the end of every game giving 100% effort. A special congratulations to the Steam Rollers Australian import Cameron Whittaker for claiming the trophy of best in class for the 2.5 classification.

Thanks again to Pub Charity Ltd for making it possible for the Steam Rollers to compete in the tournament
