Next week we are excited to resume our Rotorua Club Night at Lynmore Primary School where people of all ages and abilities are welcome to come and be part of the action having the chance to play any multitude of adaptive sports (including some new options) that Jo has on offer for the session. Rotorua Club Night is held every Tuesday afternoon during school term time from 3:30 - 4:45pm.  

This week saw the return of our regular sports programmes in Tauranga which had a great turnout of participants and supporters across all codes

Bay of Plenty Powerchair Football Club resumed their fortnightly slot at Tauranga Boys College on Sunday morning where the team went through some skills before playing a fun game of 2 vs 2.  When: Every second Sunday 10:30am - 12:30pm, Tauranga Boys College Gym 1 - see calendar for dates. 

Boccia Bay of Plenty were back on court on Monday afternoon in Memorial Hall playing several games with a bit of friendly competition, including some banter filled matches between married couple Ebony and George. When: 3:00 - 4:30pm Mondays, Queen Elisabeth Youth Centre Memorial Hall, Tauranga.

Steamrollers Wheelchair Rugby were rolling again which was great to see the team socialising and supporting each other through the session even if they might not be quite as fit as they were pre-Covid 19.  It will only get easier form here after an initial hit out. When: 4:00 - 6:00pm Mondays, Queen Elisabeth Youth Centre Memorial Hall, Tauranga.

Finally, it was Wheelchair Basketball Bay of Plenty's turn get in the chairs and shoot some hoops playing a scrimmage full of laughs and teamwork. When: 6:00 - 7:30pm Mondays, Queen Elisabeth Youth Centre Memorial Hall, Tauranga.
